My client, an independent sustainable design consultancy, is seeking experienced Building Physics professionals to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure the high quality and timely delivery of services, provide expert guidance to clients, and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sustainable building designs and strategies.

As a people practice, they invest in their employees by offering any training you seek and by holding salary reviews every 6 months. Working within property and construction, clients are varied within the public and private sector, including project work in universities, leisure, residential and commercial. The team is based in the London.

Job Requirements

• Delivering advice to reduce energy and carbon use in the built environment.
• Model a range of building types using IES VE to ensure energy optimisation and decarbonisation.
• Working experience of energy modelling and simulation.
• Experience within engineering/consultancy/building services.
• Knowledge of IES and UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication abilities enabling successful stakeholder engagement and client management.
• A strong understanding of net zero pathways
