Building Safety Manager

Building Safety Manager needed in East London.

The rate is £24.35ph PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: RQ.

The successful candidate will prepare and submit Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications for high-risk buildings and will act as the primary liaison with the Building Safety Regulator and other key stakeholders.

They will provide expert advice to internal departments on building safety policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance, and will support building control, planning, and listed building consent processes as required.
