Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our External Wall Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive building surveys, assessing building conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role involves inspecting building structures, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders, with a particular focus on external wall systems, fire safety, and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the team in the delivery of projects in a client-facing role.
• Undertake site survey work and subsequent report writing.
• Deliver projects to high levels of quality within project deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Inspect, design, and review plans for site inspection works.
• Actively pursue continued professional development through completion of training modules.
• Engage in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs.
• Conduct all activities in a quality, healthy, and safe manner and report any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Engineering / Building Surveying or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building surveying, with a focus on external walls, fire safety, and compliance assessments.
