Building Surveyor

A leading, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Aberdeen team.

You will be working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors on a wide variety of projects across both the public and private sectors. You'll be involved in all aspects of Building Surveying, within sectors such as retail, community, residential, commercial, and healthcare.

The position offers excellent APC support, with structured mentoring from MRICS surveyors and tailored training to gain chartership and develop in your career. Applicants will have graduated with a relevant degree, be eager to learn and progress, be a strong communicator with attention to detail, be proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Holding a full UK driving licence is preferred.
