About Cognizant Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Services We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant / Analyst to lead and expand our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) - Consulting portfolio in Benelux for the Life Sciences (LS) industry based out of Benelux region. This role requires a strong balance of consulting delivery expertise, sales acumen and a deep understanding of process and operations consulting. You will be responsible for driving complex consulting engagements, business growth and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for digital transformation and automation initiatives in the Life Sciences industry. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex IPA engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives. Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and win new IPA consulting opportunities Design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI, and workflow tools Collaborate with clients to define and execute operations consulting projects, driving efficiency, cost savings, and business transformation Manage project teams, ensuring resource optimization, client satisfaction, and delivery excellence and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and win new IPA consulting opportunities. Supporting generation and managing a sales pipeline by engaging with senior client stakeholders and partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals, business cases, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
