Business Analyst - Digital channels

Overview: Our client, a major bank based in Brussels, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Digital Channels & Customer Experience department. The role involves ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life-cycle by bringing expertise and coordination to the Epic study and refinement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the needs and pain points of diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Involve end-users to identify and validate needs in collaboration with the UX researcher.
• Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the MVP concept.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during Feature refinement.
• Support business and user testing, including organizing UAT.
• Assist the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager with change and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor the success of solutions based on KPIs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Business Analysis methods and techniques such as elicitation, impact mapping, story mapping, and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience in financial services banking, focusing on digital journey definition and implementation within customer channels, ideally in payments.
• Good understanding of workflow processes, business architecture, and large company project experience.
• Certification in Business Analysis and Project Management Methodology is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Language Skills

• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French and Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills are a plus.

Education:

Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
