Locations: London + Birmingham (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)

In our team you will learn:

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong in all functional BA activities (requirements gathering, process documentation, gap analysis, workshop ownership and facilitation).
- Experience working with product owners, project managers, functional consultants, SMEs and developers to collaborate on the full E2E of a project, being that conduit between business and technical.
- Some experience of leading or coaching a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels and roles of stakeholders. You should be able to facilitate workshops with confidence and diligence, relay technical discussions back to your business teams and be able to hold challenging conversations where there are conflicting priorities or requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to problem solve while confidently and effectively manage relationships, communication and delivery upwards across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new clients or technologies.
- Can demonstrate an understanding and practical experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, understanding the differences between both and would embrace working in the appropriate methodology as needed.
- Experience working in different roles across the software delivery lifecycle with time spent in a business analysis or product management/owner role for a number of large scale programmes.
- Experience working with various software delivery and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
- Experience in developing strong and collaborative relationships with external clients/customers.
Set yourself apart:
- Demonstrable experience in functional analysis with a good understanding of NFRs.
- Experience of working in the retail environment would be ideal due to its fast pace and conflicting priorities. Experience in a similar field would be considered.
- Proven history of working within a complex and diverse delivery environment.
- Have worked in an agile environment.
- Managing conversations with 3rd parties.
- Have worked as a business analyst throughout different project stages: discovery, delivery, testing, go lives and BAU.
