Job Title: Business Analyst

Salary: £51,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London (2 days per week on-site averaged over any 4 week period)

Job Summary

• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product requirements.
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Ensure robust documentation levels are developed and maintained across the project lifecycle including specifications, SOWs, Business Case Process Maps, workshop outputs, etc.
• Support the agile development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align on product direction.
