Business Analyst

Robert Half have partnered with a client near Cirencester to recruit for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £45,000 with hybrid working. You will be responsible for supporting the business on the delivery of business and technology change.

The Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

• Gathering, documenting and obtaining appropriate approval of requirements and business processes, including delivery of business analysis work estimates and planning support
• Investigation of issues requiring business analysis and leading business analysis workshops
• Identifying, developing and proposing recommendations for improvement
• Drive activity within Internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver the right business outcomes
• Support testing, business implementation and training activities as required

About You

Applicants for the Business Analyst role will have:

• previous experience working as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably within a financial services environment
• understanding of the software development life cycle
• ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• experience of new systems, new products and service launches
