Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with end-users to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Propose, develop, and implement solutions that drive best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Support the ongoing management and maintenance of existing solutions while contributing to new and exciting projects.
4. Work closely with the Technology Solutions Team alongside developers, project managers, and stakeholders to optimise business processes.

What We're Looking For:

1. A motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and solve problems.
2. Comfortable working across a broad spectrum of projects, from process mapping to agile delivery.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users to implement impactful solutions.
4. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including User Stories, Epics, and Process Mapping.

Preferred (but not essential) Experience:

1. Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Continuous Improvement Specialist.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
3. Working knowledge of SharePoint as an end-user or administrator.
4. Awareness of SAP systems.
5. Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
