ACCA has an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the BA Team within our Transformation Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role can work remotely with occasional travel to Glasgow.
The Job
Reporting to a Senior BA, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Delivering business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative working independently or alongside a Senior BA.
- Defining business processes using BPMN 2.0 in Visio in alignment with our process architecture.
- Determining the right analysis tools for the job to ensure the right outcomes for ACCA.
- Contributing to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by supporting definition of standard ways of working.

We're looking for someone who:

- has experience of employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, methodologies and tools.
- speaks up to challenge constructively, sharing your ideas for a better approach or improvements.
- does the right thing and builds trusting relationships within the change delivery team and with your stakeholders at all levels.
- listens to understand, valuing others' perspectives and involving the right people at the right time in your analysis.
