For an automotive customer in Limburg, I am looking for experienced Business Analysts to support the separation and reimplementation of an existing application into two distinct areas of the company.

The customer aims to enhance operational efficiency by restructuring their application landscape. The analysts will play a role in gathering requirements, supporting the design and implementation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing application and define requirements for its separation into two business areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements for the new implementations.
• Support the design and reimplementation process by working closely with IT teams and business units.
• Identify risks and dependencies related to the transition and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the transition process.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Profile:

• 5+ Years as a Business Analyst
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
