We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a key role in life insurance projects.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all phases of their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and formalize business requirements.
• Assess process impacts of policy migrations.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and IT.
• Develop and execute process tests.
• Monitor project progress and report key updates.

Your Profile

• Expertise in life insurance products (Classique, Branch 23) and migration processes.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
