Position open for remote work with 2 days of presence every 2 weeks in Bordeaux (accommodation and transportation covered)

ENTER THE GAME

Within the legal team, you will participate in monitoring all legal issues, particularly contractual ones, related to Betclic's activities.

On a daily basis, you will work closely with the operational teams.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate all types of contracts (suppliers, partners, affiliates ) and/or contractual documents (general terms and conditions, mission orders, game regulations ) related to the company's operational activities.
  • Have knowledge/expertise in IT contracts/IT law.
  • Ensure the follow-up and execution of contracts in close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Advise internal teams on any legal questions or issues related to contract execution.
  • Advise teams and ensure legal and regulatory compliance on marketing communication strategies (in agreement with the compliance teams).
  • Ensure the framing of promotional operations (legal notices, game regulations) and the general terms and conditions of the sites.
  • Conduct legal monitoring on legislative and regulatory changes applicable to the company's activities (contract law, consumer law, commercial and economic law ).
  • Manage and work closely with external advisors on any pre-litigation situation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have a higher legal education (Master II) with a specialization in business law or contract law.
  • You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in an international context, and experience abroad (notably an LLM) would be a plus.
  • You are comfortable with new technologies and master project management and negotiation methods.
  • Office and IT tools hold no secrets for you, and you demonstrate method, rigor, and impeccable confidentiality.
  • You are recognized for your communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and business sense.
  • Extremely rigorous, you can easily adapt and have excellent writing skills.
  • Finally, you speak English fluently.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Elodie within a week for an HR pre-qualification (30 minutes).
  • We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).
  • You will then meet Audrey - Head of Legal Contracts - your future manager, and Sarah - General Counsel.
  • Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview with you to debrief your AssessFirst Test.
