Business Auditor

Nexeo Belgium is currently looking for a Business Auditor to support audit assignments for a leading financial institution.

Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all phases of their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and related risks, evaluating internal controls during audit assignments according to established methodologies.
• Formulate audit findings, recommendations, and conclusions that support the business in achieving its mission.
• Provide management with assurance regarding the quality of internal control.

Your Profile:

• Master's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years, of internal audit experience.
• In-depth analytical skills with a strong sense of synthesis.
• Familiarity with common Office applications.
• Certified Internal Auditor is an asset.
• Skills in auditing digitalized processes and knowledge of data analytics are a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a very good command of English.

• Proactive team player with a professional, results-driven, and client-oriented approach.
• Independent and critical mindset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work model: 50% on-site and 50% remote.
• Limited travel in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Nordic countries during assignments.
