Business Developer - About the Opportunity

A fast-growing and dynamic company is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Developer to join its Partnerships Department. This role is central to driving long-term business growth through the development and enhancement of B2B2C collaborations.

You'll work cross-functionally and externally to shape and scale strategic partnerships while contributing to an outstanding partner experience across all touchpoints.


Business Developer - Your Mission

As a Business Developer, you will report to the Head of Partnerships and play a crucial role in the company's expansion strategy. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the growth of partnership activities through market analysis and partner identification
  • Developing compelling value propositions tailored to mutual business goals
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Collaborating with legal/compliance teams to draft and manage distribution agreements
  • Leading and participating in projects with a direct impact on partner experience and operations
  • Analyzing partner tools, processes, and data to propose strategic improvements
  • Translating shared business needs into effective, scalable processes focused on quality and growth
  • Coordinating partner training programs and contributing to content creation, delivery, and follow-up


Business Developer - Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong blend of commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders and levels of seniority
  • Autonomy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in either French or Dutch, and a strong command of the other language as well as English
  • Experience in training delivery or partner enablement is a strong asset
