Your mission

Join UiPath as a Business Development Manager for the Healthcare market in UK and Ireland. You'll be part of an innovative team driving automation solutions that transform healthcare delivery. Your role will involve spearheading new business sales campaigns, expanding existing customer automation programmes, and helping to land new clients within the healthcare sector.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to expand UiPath's presence in the UK&I healthcare market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within public and private healthcare organisations
  • Expand automation programmes within existing healthcare clients, driving increased adoption and value
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Leverage and develop partnerships, including GSIs, for executive introductions and relationship building
  • Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and automation opportunities
  • Utilise UiPath's sales methodologies to drive sales processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • Contribute to the team's goal of enabling public healthcare organisations to deliver improvements that impact patient outcomes, increase staff morale, and save time and money
What you'll bring to the team
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a hunger for success and willingness to be proactive across various communications. Healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes
  • Experience in solution selling, with a consultative approach to addressing client needs
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology and its potential to transform healthcare delivery
  • Automation-first mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
