The role: Cinesite Immersive is looking for a New Business Development Manager to continue building the Immersive division in London.
Cinesite Immersive specializes in creating engaging and transformative experiences for clients across various industries. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the charge in identifying and executing new business leads within the immersive production space.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and executing new business leads within the immersive production sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals. You will work collaboratively with the existing team to foster collaboration and drive growth and innovation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the immersive production space. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Immersive team to develop and execute business development strategies that align with company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries, building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients. Continue to build and develop relationships with existing clients. Gather client needs and feedback to relay to internal teams. Support the contracting process for all new or changing projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and client expectations. Share insights and feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the immersive production industry.
- Strong understanding of the immersive technology landscape and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
