Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: 1 x UK Remote

£50k base salary with matching commission package - £100k OTE

Job Purpose

My client is a global influencer marketing agency who are based in the UK, EU, APAC and US, who work with a large number of leading luxury brands who use their proprietary SaaS technology.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with SaaS experience, who has worked with either a Martech or Marketing Agency as a new business development manager or senior business development representative and be responsible for 360 sales of SaaS technology into luxury retail brands.

Job requirements

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Utilize prospecting strategies to find new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospective clients and determine their interest in an Influencer Marketing SaaS.
  • Provide weekly reports to the VP of Sales.
  • Stay updated about the latest business trends.

Required qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A network of contacts in luxury, beauty, hotels, and lifestyle brands.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • At least one or two years of professional experience in a SaaS company.
  • Extensive experience with various sales techniques and a proven record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office/Excel, and an understanding of the power of social media and influencer marketing.

To succeed in this role, the Business Development Manager must have hands-on experience in managing and developing leads and meeting sales quotas. The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-oriented individual with a background in SaaS businesses, preferably in social media marketing.
