OUR MISSION
To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350 million.

Location: This is a remote role - you'll be based around the North West of the U.K with the ability to travel (e.g full driving licence).
YOUR ROLE
Hunt and Conquer: Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with key automotive retailers.
Build and Maintain: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations.
Collaborate and Influence: Partner with our existing B2B teams across business units to position carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers.
Persuade and Close: Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy-in.
Drive Efficiency: Optimise our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management.
Contribute to Growth: Provide valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with:
Proven success in automotive retail sales, ideally selling into Dealership Groups at all levels.
A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development.
Team-player that has a desire to help grow a high-performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture.
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
First-class organisational ability, including CRM system management.
