Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads within new and existing accounts through strategic prospecting.
- Articulate the value proposition and qualify leads for follow-up and product demos with Sales Executives.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute campaigns and drive demand within key accounts.
- Record sales activity and track success metrics in Salesforce.
What We re Looking For:
- Fluent in German and English.
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience ideally in tech or SaaS, with a proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
- Competitive, resilient, and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
