Job Role

Exciting News- Our leading In-House Hospitality Department- Club London are expanding and looking for talented Business Sales Development Executives to join the team.

Ideally as a sales professional with 1-3 years of experience, you will have a proven track record in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Although this is preferred, we are open to motivated, tenacious individuals who are great communicators to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to ensuring every match day sells out, covering both seasonal and match-specific stock.
  • Utilize CRM and Ticketmaster sales systems to correctly input new bookings and capture guest data.
  • Identify and target potential businesses that may benefit from our club products.
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound sales calls daily.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to close sales of high-value products following initial outreach.
  • Assist in selling tickets for end-of-season dinners and special stadium events.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets for all corporate products.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads.
  • Stay well-versed in membership offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update system tools and databases to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on all sales inquiries promptly.
  • Engage with customers during home games and special events to build relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements

Person Specification:

  • Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-3 years sales experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Interpersonal, Verbal, Written, Sales.
  • Problem Solver, Creative, Detail Orientated, Team Player.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of a ticketing system.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft).
