Business Development Specialist - German Speaking - Global Life Science Software Provider

Planet Pharma is currently working with a global life science software provider who are looking for someone to join the team as a Business Development Specialist for their German speaking territories.

As part of this role you will be working as part of the EMEA Business Development Team to promote the company portfolio. You will identify new customers and unexplored markets across international geographies with a particular focus on German-speaking countries for this role. This position is to generate and qualify new business opportunities, driving growth of the business.

You will also be responsible for:

• Building a pipeline of business within the German speaking territories
• Build relationships with new and existing contacts in their local language to generate demand for the company's service offerings
• Qualify opportunities from the wider business development team and working cross-functionally with account managers and product specialists

For this position our client is looking for someone who:

• Has business development experience with a sales-focused approach across multiple channels
• Ideally business development experience sell software services
• Fluent/Native German language skills
• Self-driven, proactive and consultative mindset; someone who can bring a consultative approach
