Business Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Amsterdam (2-3 Days/week onsite) and remote
Start: (ASAP)
Volume: Full time (100%)
Duration: 31.12.2025 + Option
Languages: English (fluent), Dutch (fluent)

Your Tasks

Program manager, someone who has already merged two companies
Processes in Finance & HR, with a focus on business
Projectmanagement

Your Skills

Senior PM with very strong communication skills, located in Amsterdam (2-3 days per week in the office)
Business Transformation experience (ie experience in business consolidation projects or M&As), needs to be clearly shown in the CV
Very proactive and agile
Good understanding of IT, while focus is on business transformation experience
Good stakeholder management und focused delivery of milestones (which he should be able to structure himself if required)
Payment knowledge or Financial Services is beneficial, but not mandatory
Fluent Dutch & English
