Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: London (or Ipswich if needed)
Day Rate: £500 - £600 per day (inclusive of fees)
Office Expectancy: 1-2 days per week

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Business Process Analystwith brokerage or underwriting industry experience to join a leading Insurance firm. This is a contract role offering a competitive day rate and flexible hybrid working (1-2 days in the office).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement process improvements.

• Document and model processes using industry-standard tools.

• Provide expertise on process management and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business process analysis/architecture.

• Brokerage or underwriting industry background.

• Strong process modeling skills (e.g., BPMN, Visio).

• Solid understanding of BPM principles.

• Agile experience is a plus.
