The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Readiness Manager who can confidently lead and manage delivery of Operational Change within a functional area, ensuring the effective management of implementation activities required to successfully deliver all types of change.

You'll be:

  • Managing the interface between the central change team, client, IT, 3rd party suppliers, front and Back Office teams to ensure successful implementation of operational change
  • Collaborating and influencing key stakeholders to ensure the operational change is planned and delivered effectively and on time
  • Collaborating with Programme and Project Managers to develop the implementation plans for each project to ensure successful delivery within regulatory standards and change framework
  • Leading and coaching your team of direct reports to deliver their readiness activity, change processes, change strategy and personal development
  • Engaging, maintaining and sharing regular updates on readiness activity across a range of stakeholders including client, SLT, and 3rd parties

You should apply if you:

  • Have previous financial Services experience
  • Have proven track record of delivering large projects/programmes
  • Are well-versed in writing and delivering project plans
  • Understand key accountabilities in change delivery and adoption
  • Have a good attention to detail and high-quality outputs needed
  • Are a fast learner who is adept at problem solving, and conflict resolution
