WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To become a Business Skills Consultant in our Sales department, we need someone who is skilled in communication, networking, and sales strategies, as well as proactive and adaptable.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

We have a variety of students from the surrounding area, and we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.

This position is based cross campus; all applicants must be prepared to travel to our campuses and surrounding areas as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As someone who has qualifications and/or substantive experience relevant to the post/sector, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:

• Produce detailed and accurate organisational and training needs analysis that ensures effective business solutions for employers and facilitates an effective delivery process;
• Produce training proposals which offer a cost-effective solution to meet employers' needs and deliver financial viability for the College;
• Facilitate negotiations with employers regarding costs and fees, within agreed guidelines;
