Our team supports WW AB Marketplaces 24/7 on operational tasks, including manual verification, risk & abuse management, and assisting WW AB teams with tasks requiring human intervention. The team verifies the legitimacy of potential customers onboarding business/corporate customers on the Amazon platform, offering benefits such as bulk ordering and expedited delivery. To protect the platform from abuse, we combine technology, machine learning, and human ingenuity to identify threat vectors and develop mechanisms to mitigate abuse. We also assist WW AB teams with manual tasks to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
