We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join our thriving and supportive school in Epping, Essex. This is a full-time, permanent position with an ASAP start, offering the opportunity to teach Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5 in a well-resourced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4 and 5
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure high academic achievement
• Support students' personal development and help them prepare for future career opportunities
• Collaborate with other staff and contribute to the school's wider community and extra-curricular activities
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum
• Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 and 5 is desirable
