Your new role
As a Business Support Administrator based in Edinburgh, you will take on a full-time, on-site role providing vital administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide Administrative Support to the wider team.
  
• Generate and manage invoices accurately.
  
• Organise and facilitate meetings.
  
• Follow and adhere to all internal and external compliance & best practice measures and procedures.
  
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
  
• Ensure office compliance and drive audit pass rate improvements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
