About the Role

Academics Ltd is looking for a passionate Business Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to teach Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level, engaging and inspiring students to excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons at KS4 and KS5.
2. Assess coursework, exams, and other evaluations effectively.
3. Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum.
5. Participate in school events and professional development programmes.

Key Requirements

1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent with relevant experience in Business Studies.
2. Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum at GCSE and A-Level.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for teaching and student success.
5. Previous experience as a Business Teacher is preferred but not essential.
