Where will you be based:

This is a hybrid role based at our head office in West Kensington, London, working from the office 3 days a week.

What actions & challenges await:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Sales team within the real estate sector, focusing on expanding our business both in the UK and globally.

Our team supports major property owners, investors, and managers by ensuring optimal resource allocation to assets through software solutions and consultancy services that deliver measurable results worldwide. Our clients include well-known names such as JLL, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Land Securities, McArthurGlen, Hammerson, and others.

• Commercially confident and persuasive at senior levels
• Able to identify and analyze business issues
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Confident in defining solutions aligned with business goals
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Strong bid management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Interest in or knowledge of the property sector

Ideally, you will also have experience in the property, retail, residential sectors, or in customer insight, though this is not essential.
