Job Description

Associate - Financial Accountant - Commodities

City of London (3 days a week in office, hybrid)

The role will eventually entail (all to learn as likely candidate coming from Big 4 FS Audit):

• Full statutory reporting cycle - Annual accounts, Quarterly reporting, Month End reporting
• Technical Accounting treatments in IFRS
• Regulatory Reporting Capital and Filings (FCA, BoE, EMIR Capital, REC)
• Derivatives valuation and supporting FP&A
• Tax

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified ACA within the Big 4 recently or in the past year and is excited for a first step into industry
• FS clients so that at least a high level knowledge of derivatives, commodities, or the broader languages of a broker/bank
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

What's on Offer

• Base salary range from £65,000 to £75,000
