What you will be doing:

Campaign Success Managers (CSM) are our version of account managers. You'll be the key point of contact for companies raising funds on Crowdcube. You'll manage multiple campaigns, working directly with founders and c-suites of small and medium size businesses to maximise their success. Your role combines account management, project management, and strategic/marketing guidance to ensure smooth and efficient fundraises.

Day to day you will:

Account Management:

  1. Own the client relationship during the preparation and live phases of their campaign with a focus on providing guidance and advice on our processes and client's communications strategy.
  2. External meetings (calls) with clients. The nature of our clients means we're typically working directly with founders, MDs, CEOs and other key members of teams e.g. Legal counsel or marketing managers.
  3. Guide campaigns through the entire operational funnel. Liaise between teams where necessary to ensure a smooth experience for the client and an efficient internal process.
  4. Provide appropriate service levels to the appropriate client. For marquee clients, offering enhanced always-on support "what-ever it takes". For smaller clients, providing self-serve templated guidance.

Project management:

  1. Managing up to 20 campaigns going through our process at the same time, ensuring each client is being driven through our process at pace, aligned with our timelines.
  2. Meeting deal launch volume target.
  3. Keeping our project management software (Jira) up to date, to provide the company critical metrics for reporting.
  4. Working hand-in-hand with the diligence and legal teams to get clients campaigns approved.
  5. Flag blockers, look to proactively solve challenges to keep launch cadence.
  6. Externally driving deadlines and allocating tasks to raising companies.

Others:

  1. Working closely with sales to occasionally help close deals.
  2. As a French speaker, help drive our EU strategy, including localising materials.

Ideally you will have:

  1. 2+ years in account management.
  2. Marketing experience is a plus (e.g., agency background).
  3. Startup or fundraising experience preferred.
  4. Comfortable advising clients and keeping them aligned with key timelines.
  5. Basic understanding of investing, startups, and what makes a strong investment opportunity.

And you will be:

  1. Fluent French speaker (essential) - must be comfortable with complex legal and financial terminology.
  2. Strong English language skills.
  3. Entrepreneurial self-starter - proactive, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Commercially focused - prioritizes effectively to drive revenue and meet targets.
  5. Confident communicator - comfortable engaging with founders, C-suite executives, and stakeholders.
  6. Highly organised - able to juggle multiple client accounts and workstreams.
  7. Strategic thinker - understands marketing fundamentals and business growth strategies.

Resilient and adaptable - embraces change in a scaling business.

What we are offering:

We like to nurture talent and ensure members of our team develop and hone their skills through training, attending conferences and subscriptions to online courses. We're passionate and hard-working, and we take care of our team:
