Candidate Coordinator

Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment agency established for over 20 years in consulting clients and candidates in the investment management industry. Due to continued company growth and success, we are looking for a Candidate Coordinator to join our lively and dynamic team.

This will be a predominantly office-based role, located in our offices in trendy Shoreditch, but we would be happy to discuss how flexible working could work for you.

Responsibilities of the Candidate Coordinator:

• Calling candidates regarding live vacancies
• Researching the investment management recruitment market, and identifying industry trends
• Assisting Recruitment Consultants with searching roles, through use of LinkedIn and the internal CRM database
• Writing adverts for roles being recruited for by Consultants
• Coordinating interviews and meetings on behalf of Consultants
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
• Provide cover for team members who are away on annual leave
• Uploading candidate CVs to client online portals

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service centric - enjoys dealing with customers
• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally phone-based but we are happy to consider candidates from wider customer service backgrounds
• Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally holds at least a 2.1 degree from a reputable university)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
• High attention to detail and numerate
• Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritisation abilities
• Flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes and work under tight deadlines
