Job Description

At Amazon Pay, you will drive the growth and success of our movie ticketing business, a unique offering that combines entertainment, payments, and Prime benefits. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance the customer experience of booking movie tickets through the Amazon app, working closely with our partner BookMyShow and various internal teams.


Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth strategies and own P&L metrics for the movie ticketing category
  2. Create and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels to increase customer adoption
  3. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  4. Collaborate with Amazon Pay, Prime, and other internal teams to develop bundled offerings
  5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
  6. Develop and present business performance metrics in weekly and monthly reviews

A Day in the Life

You will start your day reviewing key performance metrics and customer feedback. Throughout the day, you might meet with BookMyShow partners to discuss supply optimization, collaborate with the marketing team on upcoming promotions, or work with the product team to enhance the booking experience. You'll analyze data to identify growth opportunities and present insights to leadership teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 2+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  2. Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements
  2. Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
