Location: London, Greater London, Home Counties, M4 Corridor, M3 Corridor, and M25 areas
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Catering and Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and servicing of a wide range of commercial catering, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment across hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, schools, corporate offices, and more!

Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair commercial catering and refrigeration equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, Rational ovens, cookers, fridges, walk-in chillers/freezers, extraction fans, AC/ventilation systems, and other gas, electrical, and mechanical systems.
2. Carry out routine service and maintenance work to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Perform fault diagnosis and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
4. Work closely with customers to ensure service is delivered to the highest standards.
5. Take a flexible approach to tasks, with training provided for working on a variety of equipment.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

1. Time-served multi-skilled engineer with strong technical expertise.
2. Comcat/commercial catering qualifications or any relevant gas qualification.
3. Relevant electrical qualification, such as 17th/18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ, or HNC.
4. Full UK driving licence (essential).
5. F-Gas refrigeration qualification or relevant repair experience (advantageous).
6. Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
7. Customer-focused approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
