For our client in the region of Brussels, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Support Engineer.

Description:

Our team is part of the global IT team. This team plays a key role in supporting our colleagues to work more effectively and efficiently, by providing technical support in a proactive, positive and creative way with great cooperation with the business.

Your Mission
  • Be an active member of this team, driving ideas with your direct colleagues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action
  • Ensure minimal disruption or no disruption to the business
  • Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers)
  • Ensure that knowledge and experience is well documented and shared with colleagues
  • Adhere to roles and responsibilities as described by ITIL
  • Constantly educate Business in the value constraints of IT
  • Follow-up on IT projects where you keep our stakeholders informed and adhere to agreed time and budget
  • Follow-up on the lifecycle management of Hardware such as laptops and desktops, printers, video conference systems and software license management.


What you bring to the team
  • At least 1-3 year's experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Windows10, Office365, Outlook, iOS Devices, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies
  • The ability to understand and support the basics of networking servers, different operating systems, laptop/desktop, network printers and mobile technology
  • The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people
  • Familiar with ITIL processes
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, communicative, and self-organized
  • Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written), structured way of working
  • Ability to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written & verbal)
  • Being able to work on site in Brussels

Please note that we are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in dutch.
This is an absolute must.
