Change and Adoption Lead

Salary: £48,239 - £51,167
Location: Walsall (Hybrid, 2 days on site)

REED Technology are working with a client based in Walsall who are undergoing a significant transformation and require a Change and Adoption Lead to support several projects/programmes. This role is essential for embedding change and ensuring successful adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change and adoption activities across multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to promote change.
  • Identify and address barriers to change adoption.
  • Design and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with project managers to embed adoption strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for change management.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Focus on stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, programme leads and key stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

  • Qualified in a relevant change management discipline (eg, PROSCI, CCMP).
  • Strong expertise in change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in embedding change and adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple change activities simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate change efforts.
  • A passion for driving positive change.
