We are seeking three dedicated Change Managers to join our Business Change team on a permanent, Full time basis. This is your chance to be part of a significant digital transformation programme that will reshape healthcare delivery for an organisation in the West Midlands.

What You Will Do:

As a Change Manager, you will:

• Be at the forefront of change, collaborating with a diverse range of operational, clinical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Lead change management activities to implement new business processes, ensuring smooth transitions as we embed improvements and new digital solutions across the organisations BAU Projects and including the upcoming Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.
• Work closely with the Digital Change and Transformation Manager, playing a key role in reducing risk and driving improved adoption of changes, enabling the realisation of benefits.
• You will need to have experience in people management, oversight, reporting, governance and board presenting
