We are looking for an experienced, SC-cleared Change Manager for a remote position, with immediate availability, preferably starting in February 2025.

This is a chance to work with an established globally recognised Digital, IT and Network Services Consultancy.

Key skills and experience:

• Own and drive the Change Management process, ensuring efficient coordination and communication of all Change Requests.
• A strong understanding of Change Management principles is a must i.e. ITIL or similar.
• Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and secure Government environments, experience in any domain being acceptable, though telecom experience is preferred.
• Log, track, and prioritize Changes, ensuring accurate impact assessments, risk evaluations, and necessary approvals.
• The ability to identify and manage risks to ensure smooth deployment of changes in the live environment.
• Continuously improve processes for simplified Change management.
• Communicate planned Changes to affected customers and stakeholders.
• Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
