Objectives of this role:

To provide strategic and operational leadership and senior management to all aspects of C360's work. Responsibilities include the overall management, implementation, and development of C360 in accordance with the organisation's mission statement, vision and strategic action plan, as agreed by the Board of Trustees.

You will bring:

1. Relevant professional qualifications or qualifications by experience
2. Demonstration of continuing professional or personal development are essential
3. Education to degree standard or equivalent
4. Strategic management experience

1. A base in Colchester, Essex but there needs to be flexibility
