Your Job
  • In this varied role, you will work closely with and report directly to our CPO.
  • This role is based in Hamburg and primarily requires in-office presence with flexibility to work from home as needed.
  • Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product division.
  • Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters.
  • Facilitate management decisions by providing reports, analysis, and sparring with stakeholders and the CPO.
  • Provide strategic and operative support in the preparation and execution of leadership meeting routines.
  • Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings.
  • Leadership responsibility of one direct report.
Your Skills
  • Completed a university degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment.
  • Reliable, accurate and independent working style, able to quickly switch contexts and work on multiple projects/tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good business sense and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to set up and run projects independently, managing various stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
  • A proactive team player, able to drive projects and stakeholders and deliver excellent results even under time pressure.
  • Strong command of office tools (PowerPoint, Excel) with an eye for detail.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
