Chief Operating Officer

This newly created role will play a pivotal role in helping to shape and oversee the delivery of a new, financially sustainable business model to underpin Arnolfini's vision and future ambitions.

Arnolfini is an internationally acclaimed contemporary arts venue located in central Bristol. It is looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to work closely with the Director and Board to drive forward positive change across the organisation.

The COO will lead on the financial, commercial, operational, legal and administrative functions of Arnolfini. They will be expected to help define and ensure the implementation of effective and integrated strategies which increase and develop Arnolfini's activities across a wide range of visitors, customers, supporters and stakeholders.

We are looking for an action-orientated leader with drive, passion and a commitment to Arnolfini's mission, staff and values.

Working Hours: 40 hours a week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: c.£65k
