As we scale globally, we are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer / VP People to shape and drive our people strategy. This role is based in either Aix-en-Provence or Paris.

Your Mission

At Gojob, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. As Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture. You will lead and inspire our People team (6 talented professionals) to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to our current 250 employees, with 30% year-on-year growth.

What You Will Do

  1. Define and Execute the People Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with Gojob's growth ambitions, values, and business goals.
  2. Talent Development: Lead initiatives to identify, nurture, and grow talent at all levels of the organization. Champion a culture of learning and career progression.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 6 HR professionals, ensuring alignment and excellence in all people operations.
  4. Recruitment & Retention: Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  5. Culture & Engagement: Strengthen Gojob's company culture through initiatives that foster inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
  6. HR Operations Excellence: Ensure seamless HR operations, from compliance to payroll and benefits administration.
  7. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives to support business scalability and transformation.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership and other departments to ensure alignment between business objectives and people initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  1. Education: Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a similar leadership role (CPO, VP People, or equivalent).
  3. Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
  4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  5. Expertise in Talent Development: Deep understanding of learning and development frameworks, succession planning, and career pathing.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  7. Cultural Fit: Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Gojob's mission and values.
  8. Language: Fluency in English and French is required.
