The Role:
Blink Payment is evolving, and we're looking for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join our Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth targets and strengthening our commercial objectives.
As CRO, you will lead our Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Partnerships and Sales Operations teams, developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our long-term business goals.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Blink Payment and making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the sales process and marketing activities, with overall responsibility for revenue forecasting and generation.
- Refine and execute the sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed from end to end.
- Lead the Client Success team, focusing on customer retention and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with Blink Payment's business objectives and target audiences.
- Drive the creation of engaging marketing content to support sales campaigns, PR initiatives, and digital channels.
- Regularly report progress to the board, ensuring accountability for delivering against revenue forecasts.
- Equip the sales team with the necessary training, tools, and resources to achieve their goals successfully.
Key Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in sales, ideally within the payments industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and driving revenue growth ideally within payments.
- Deep understanding of complex sales processes, including navigating multiple decision-makers and influencers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience in building and presenting sales strategies to a board of directors.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques, with a history of creating successful marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker who can set and achieve realistic targets, taking full accountability for performance.
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a highly results-driven mindset.
- Tenacious and resilient, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
