Childcare Advocacy Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a familiar local authority based in Surrey. They are looking for an Childcare Advocacy Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of £50 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a 12 month temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:

1. Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
2. Advocate for children in court, tribunals, and administrative hearings.
3. Work with local authorities, social services, and non-profit organizations to ensure compliance with child protection laws.
4. Able to do advocacy when needed.

About you as a Childcare Advocacy Solicitor:

1. A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law.
2. Drafting legal documents to a high quality standard.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
