Children's Home Care Nurse

We are seeking Children's Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our team. This role allows you to support both children and adults, delivering care in their homes, schools, or workplaces. As a Homecare Nurse, you'll provide medical care at home for patients with conditions like growth hormone deficiency, autoimmune diseases, and rare disorders.
Please note - this role is field based in and around the Bristol area - travel between patients is required up to 1.5 hrs
As a nurse, you'll offer one-on-one care, from teaching patients to administer injections to administering complex IV therapies. If you're a qualified children's nurse looking to make a real difference in patients' lives, HealthNet Homecare is the place for you.

Main duties of the jobMain Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals.
- Teach patients, carers, or family members to self-administer therapy, or administer therapies to patients in accordance with service-specific protocols in the comfort of their own homes.
- Participate in telephone calls, virtual calls, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
- Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home.
- Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients.
- Travel requirements across regions.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
You will be a registered children's nurse and passionate about delivering first-class patient care.
- Registered Children's Nurse on NMC register.
- Desirable Skill but not essential:
- 3 years post-registration experience.
- Experience accessing and using Ports.
- Previous experience in the administration of IV therapies.
