Are you passionate about building the future?

As a Civil Engineering Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience working on exciting infrastructure projects, including highways, structures, utilities and major developments like HS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop real-world engineering skills while earning industry-recognised qualifications.

Here are just some of the activities you will be involved with

• Assisting with design work, site surveys, and project planning.
• Learning to use CAD software for technical drawings and getting involved in digital construction techniques including 3D modelling, working environments, machine control and BIM.
• Supporting site inspections, safety checks, and project coordination.
• Helping to manage resources, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Following health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

We're not expecting you to be an expert yet-that's what this apprenticeship is for! But we do look for:

• 5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) including Maths and English (or equivalent).
• A keen interest in civil engineering and construction.
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
