Job Description

The Civil Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Managing a defended caseload of mixed debt recovery claims.
• Assess the suitability of matters for legal action.
• Pursuing defended claims through small claims, fast track, and multi-track
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and producing court bundles.
• Enforcement including insolvency, bankruptcy, winding up petitions, return of goods etc
• Working with courts, enforcement agencies, and other suppliers to ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Litigation Solicitor should be:

• A Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ PQE.
• Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly within the Debt Recovery sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a large caseload and meet tight deadlines.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
